Dieting after Child Birth

I am still on sick leave so I should really be resting but I had to share my update.

I had to go to the store this evening and when I tried on this old dress I had I was pleasantly surprised! No bulging tummy or rolling sides. I have had this dress prior to baby and after the weight went on I tucked it so far back in the closet I found it on the floor off the hanger

As you know I have incorporated green smoothies into my lifestyle and I must say I wish I had known about it before. It took a little getting use to at first but now it’s easier now with time. My favorite smoothies is Spinach, strawberry, ginger and a little honey to taste, my hubby did this for me at first and I fell in love with it.

What do you think guys? I’m on my way right?
