Ever since I saw this look I wanted to do this, after watching quite a few youtube videos I decided I would try it for work today. This post will be fast as I have 30 minutes left on my lunch time and I want to eat…lol
From the post title you were probably expecting I would go into a rant about type 3a or 4b and 4c hair types, and even though I know the type of hair I have, but in no means do I make it define my styles or me.
Hey EthniCurlies, I had to make a quick post about my hair today, Recently put in a protective style and for a while I really was digging it, then on Sunday that bad girl started to itch sooo bad I had to take it out.

Then I try braiding it for awhile but then my hair breaks, gets brittle and damaged. I want My hair Natural but is such a hard process and now I cant be bothered. What can I do!!!!??? -Y-
I met this cute girl one day when I went to her office, and of course the first thing I saw was how she punk rock’d her Teeny Weeny Afro. So naturally I had to ask her to be in my Whirl and twirl posts. Say heya to Kadie Kade Curlies 1. Please tell us little about you? Hi I’m Kadia but everyone knows me by Kadie Kade. I’m a young natural hair black woman who just loves being natural. In 2009 I did my first perm for boredom sakes and said I would return to my roots after I get “fedup” which I did. Now my hair is back and thicker than ever. I’m a local model in photography and runway while being a part time student @ HLSCC and working full time at Trident Trust. I love being natural in all aspects of life because it’s healthier and cheaper. Majority of what I use in my hair can be used with other things in my daily livings. It’s AWESOME!2. Why did you decide to go natural and how did you make the change? I decided to go back natural because I never had any intentions of keeping a perm in my hair past 3 years. I was more or less experimenting with the perm… I grew to like it then but eventually hated it. 3. What is your current hair routine? And if you don’t have time to do a full style what is your quick fix […]

One of the first things I noticed about my daughter when she was handed to me after delivery was the massive amount of hair she was born with, she has such beautiful curls now and I can tell that she will have a FULL head of hair as she grows . How It all started I was actually treating and trying to restore my cream hair and it was just getting somewhere, It started to grow have body and shine and then…In my second year of college I went to the hair dresser and said. “chop it off” I always wanted to go natural but kept changing my mind, so I went with my gut and just did something drastic, you know, pull a Britney Spears *WINK WINK* I wore my hair like this for quite some time. Had it coloured in a very bright blonde through most of college and then I decided to try my first bout of locs. WOW!! College days…The first Time I started my Locs I love having colour in my hair, and this was the first time I tried red, which was different from the bleach blonde I usually wore. I did this for awhile and I got tired of it and I was making a career change so I “CHOPPED” it off again and did some braids. Braids…Look how young Omar and I are..tehehe I let it grow out as home girl was getting married and I didn’t want to try locking it […]
